Sam

Sam spent 2 years studying Arboriculture at Merrist Wood College, one of the most highly regarded land-based training colleges in the UK. After gaining his National Diploma in 2008 he gained valuable experience working with local tree care and management companies. He then, along with Matt set up TreeCycle Tree Care in 2012.

Crispin

Crispin has been involved in the arboricultural industry for 11 years. He gained his initial training at Bicton College in Devon and worked for a local tree firm there for 2 years, working mainly in the private sector. Crispin moved to Kent where he worked as a freelance climber for a short while before working full time in the commercial sector, working his way to Contract Foreman. Crispin has been certified with the International Society of Arboriculture for 6 years and now runs his own business and contracts as a freelance climber.

Matt

Completed the 12 week Tree Surgery course held at Plumpton College in 2006, from there he went on to work for a large Tree Surgery Contractor. This allowed Matt to gain a vast amount of training and experience on a wide variety of trees in many different environments, by the time he left in 2012 he had progressed through to the role of Arboricultural Supervisor. From there he joined forces with Sam to setup TreeCycle Tree Care.

Darragh

Darragh is relatively new to the business and has trained locally in 2014. He is taking tree work in his stride and absorbing valuable experience from TreeCycle and other local firms. It’s quite obvious that he has caught the arboricultral bug as he has aspirations for further training and experience abroad.
